Our aftersales departments are now open

Here at Farnell Land Rover, we are ready to welcome you back to our aftersales departments - but we want to do everything we possibly can to keep both our customers and colleagues safe.

On your arrival, you will see we are doing things slightly differently to help protect you and our colleagues. You will be given a warm welcome, as always, but this will now be in the form of a friendly, touch-free greeting, rather than a handshake.

  • Social Distancing

    When you visit one of our dealerships, please ensure you maintain social distancing rules and remain 2 metres apart at all times. That’s the distance of about half a car length. Each dealership will display clear communication to help with this, and many will have floor markings where practical.

  • Call Now

    Please ensure you call ahead and make an appointment to avoid disappointment, as to ensure safety standards we can only provide service by appointment.

  • Colleague Face Masks

    Our colleagues may be wearing face masks and these will also be available to all of our customers.

  • Perspex screens

    Our service desks now have Perspex screens as you’ll have seen in many shops already.

  • Friendly & Experienced Team

    All of our Technicians will thoroughly clean on the way in and the way out of your vehicle, and will be wearing gloves, masks and coverings whilst working on your car.

  • Customer Aftercare

    For any transaction or payment all paperwork will be provided to you electronically, and payments will only be accepted via bank transfer, debit or credit card. If you have a Service Plan, your payment may already be taken care of.
